13 April, 2015  A brand new Hino 300 series with a 917 long truck, 4.0 litre common rail diesel, 6 speed manual, white color, 3870mm wheel base was blessing today by the Rev. Paluki Va'inga of the Church of Tonga at Ha'ateiho at the Ports Authority Tonga Floating Plant and Pilots Department.

The new Hino 300 series truck was design and manufacture new 5.0 meter flat deck with drop sides 25mm plywood decking including support beam mounting beam for Hiab 055 crane to be capable to handle Port responsibilities and also cut expenses for hire vehicles.

The new Hino truck worth TOP$101,675.00, solely funded and provided by the Ports Authority.
